Yeah but I have been to concerts when he looked young. My best friend in college was a super parrot head and dragged me everywhere. He was a hotel restaurant major and went on to be a manager at the West Palm Beach Resort.

See, I missed out on that - he’s looked old basically my whole life, I only know what he looked like young from old album covers.

FWIW, he still sounds exactly the same, no vocal aging at all in 50 years, and does still put on an entertaining live show (if those are ever possible again).

As long as the feds continue their policy of staying mostly hands off in states that have legalized it, it might not really matter. They’ve kind of been leaving things alone the past few years. More and more states are going to keep approving it.

Of course, the problem is that its still one more federal charge they can dangle overhead anytime they want when someone’s arrested for something else.

Yeah, that is true. Also bigger businesses - my employer has been pushing to get into the marijuana market since the ‘70s, but we can’t, and won’t, pull the trigger until its fully legal at the federal level. My old boss who retired a couple years ago, started with us in 1974 and was told he’d be selling marijuana cigarettes by 1976, rumors are we already had packaging designs and branding ready to go. But, that, of course, didn’t happen.
